Local elections - the results are in!
Claire gets her biggest share of the vote yet, as Greens make huge gains nationwide.

In the South Staffordshire County Council elections, Green Party representative Claire McIlvenna gained 12% of Wombourne's vote. This put her only slightly behind Labour, who were voted for by 17% of the electorate.
Claire says, "To come this close to Labour is really something to be proud of. This is my sixth election now, and it's the highest proportion of the vote I've ever received.
"I'd like to thank everyone who voted for me and I'll continue to engage with local people as I carry on my work with the Green Party and as a Parish Councillor."
Meanwhile, the Green Party surged ahead as similar elections took place nationwide, winning a total of 158 seats, including 99 which weren't held by the party previously.
